A new Innovation Center opened in Jizzakh

On August 22, the grand opening of the Innovation Center, established by the Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center in partnership with the «BEST» Training Center, took place in Jizzakh. The event was attended by Deputy Director of the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Davron Maksudov, employees of NAPM, MUIC, «BEST», bloggers, journalists and students of the Center.

Opening the event, Davron Maksudov noted that the Innovation Center aims to provide high-quality education for young people in the field of IT, with the help of a universal educational process that implements the idea of ​​developing youth individuality and, at the same time, focus on early profiling. The achievement of this goal will be facilitated by the unique equipment of the center using the most modern technologies and highly professional teaching staff.

The project includes training courses in the field of IT, foreign languages, mental arithmetic and much more. The organization of a youth club on robotics and chess has also been announced. It is planned that the Innovation Center will graduate up to 1200 specialists per year.

At the initiative of the Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center, up to 30 percent of students – winners of competitions, disabled people, orphans or children from low-income families, sent on the recommendation of the MUIC, will study for free.
